Affiliate Program Terms and Agreement

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

Welcome to the Psalm for the Soul Affiliate Program. This Agreement sets forth the terms between you (the Affiliate) and Psalm for the Soul (the Company, we, us, or our) regarding your participation in our affiliate program. By signing up to become an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To become an affiliate, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid PayPal account in your legal name to receive commission payments.
Provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.
Agree to promote Psalm for the Soul in a manner consistent with our Christian values and brand standards.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our sole discretion, and to terminate any affiliate account that violates this Agreement.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 25% commission on each qualifying sale of the Psalm for the Soul Mentorship program ($397 per year).
Commission is paid on the first payment only. Renewals and recurring payments do not generate additional commission.
Commission is calculated on the net sale price after any discounts, taxes, or processing fees.
Other Psalm for the Soul products and offers may not be commissionable. Only the Mentorship program is included in this affiliate program at this time.

3. Tracking and Attribution

Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link. Sales must be made through this link to qualify for commission.
We use a 30-day cookie tracking window. If a customer clicks your link and completes a purchase within 30 days, you receive credit.
If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the most recent click receives the credit.
Self-referrals (using your own link to purchase for yourself) are not permitted and will not generate commission.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly on or around the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings.
A minimum balance of $50 USD is required before a payout will be issued. Balances under $50 will roll over to the following month.
All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period to account for refund requests. Commission on any sale that is later refunded will be reversed.
Payouts are sent through PayPal only. It is your responsibility to maintain an active PayPal account and provide a current PayPal email address.
You are responsible for all taxes on your commission earnings. Psalm for the Soul does not withhold taxes.

5. Promotional Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to promote Psalm for the Soul honestly and ethically. You may:

Share your unique affiliate link on your personal social media, blog, podcast, email list, and website.
Speak from your own honest experience with the Mentorship program.
Use approved promotional materials provided in the affiliate dashboard.

You may NOT:

Make any income, financial, or healing claims on behalf of Psalm for the Soul or the Mentorship program.
Misrepresent yourself as an employee or official representative of Psalm for the Soul.
Run paid advertising using "Psalm for the Soul," "Andrea Rashad," or related branded keywords without written permission.
Use spam tactics, including unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or automated posting.
Promote in a way that conflicts with the Christian values and ministry tone of Psalm for the Soul.
Create websites, social accounts, or content that could be confused with official Psalm for the Soul properties.
Offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, or cash-back incentives to drive sales.

6. Intellectual Property

Psalm for the Soul grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logo, and approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Mentorship program as an affiliate. This license ends immediately if your affiliate account is terminated. All content, materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Psalm for the Soul.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
We may terminate your affiliate account immediately if you violate any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using all affiliate links, branded materials, and references to Psalm for the Soul.
Any commission earned but not yet paid at the time of termination will be paid in the next regular payout cycle, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold and the standard hold period has passed.
If your account is terminated due to violation of this Agreement, any unpaid commission may be forfeited.

8. Modifications to the Agreement

Psalm for the Soul reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued participation in the affiliate program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The affiliate program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Psalm for the Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability to you under this Agreement will not exceed the total commission paid to you in the six months preceding any claim.

10. Independent Contractor Status

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Psalm for the Soul. You are an independent contractor, and you are solely responsible for your own business operations, tax obligations, and legal compliance.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, biblical mediation where appropriate, or binding arbitration.
